Each individual library decides what services it provides either in person or on the internet. You may find this information in the library’s Rules and regulations.

All libraries provide reference services as stated on their www pages. You may also use a service called Ask the library

Generally, libraries provide information on its materials in catalogues and databases free of charge, including record retrieval, without user’s registration.

Interlibrary loan

Via proxy server, registered users may access their library’s licensed resources if it is in accordance with the licence agreement.

Libraries may provide ordering, accessing or document delivery services on the internet. These services are usually tied to users registration and opening a user’ account. The electronics copies are available only for Czech citizens.
